Refund Policy

Our products are digital and AI-generated, delivered to you the moment they're created. For that reason, all sales are final — with one exception, explained below.

All sales are final

Because every order is a digital deliverable produced and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with wording or style, or any outcome we don't control (such as whether a specific employer responds). Once your résumé, cover letter, or other documents have been generated and made available to you, the sale is complete.

The one exception — non-delivery

If you are charged but your purchased deliverables are not delivered — for example, a technical failure prevents your documents from being generated or made available, and we are unable to resolve it — you are entitled to a full refund.

Duplicate or erroneous charges (for instance, being billed twice for the same order) are also refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@theresumestrategist.com with your account email and order details within 14 days of the charge. We typically respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
