Resume Health Score

This is our own internal estimate, computed from measurable features of your résumé: keyword coverage for your target role, action verbs, quantified results, formatting, grammar, section structure, and readability. The same résumé always gets the same score.

It is not a score from any employer's applicant tracking system, and it can't predict one. Employers run different software, configured differently for every job, and none of them publish their scoring. A high score here means your résumé is well-structured, keyword-relevant, and clean to parse — which is what you can actually control. It is not a guarantee of an interview, a callback, or of passing any particular company's filter.
